Join us on a beautiful autumn adventure to one of the most scenic areas of the Midwest! Brown County, with Nashville as the county seat, was established in 1836. Located in the foothills of the Cumberlands, the area`s natural beauty attracted a colony of artists to settle here in the early 1900`s. As years passed, more and more painters and other artists have moved to the area and today Nashville is known as `The Art Colony of the MidWest.` Fall is the best time to visit and see the town decorated in its autumn splendor. Over 300 art galleries and unique arts and crafts shops are found in the quant village. If shopping not your thing, it`s just a lovely place to stroll and enjoy the fall. Our luncheon buffet at Season`s Lodge is a country feast. Later, we`ll take a drive through Brown County State Park, known as one of the most beautiful state parks in the region.
